Policies
The following are some of the policies enforced at The Grove. For a complete list, or to review the bylaws, please contact the Management Office.
Pets:
Pets are currently limited to one dog or two cats. All pets must be well behaved and leashed when outside of the unit.
Floor Coverings:
At least 80% of the floor must be covered by carpet or rugs.
Rentals:
Owners may rent out their units for a minimum of six months. Owners are responsible for ensuring that their tenants follow all community rules and regulations.
